How do you ensure the freshness of your almond products?
We roast and pack our almonds in small batches every week. Our products are vacuum-sealed or nitrogen-flushed to preserve their natural oils and crunch, ensuring they reach you at peak freshness.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all major cities domestically. Due to the perishable nature of our food items, international shipping is available only for select dry-fruit gift boxes. Please contact our support team for specific country inquiries.
Are your products suitable for people with allergies?
All our products contain tree nuts (almonds). Some items may also be processed in a facility that handles peanuts, soy, and dairy. Please check the 'Ingredients' section on each product page for detailed allergen information.
What is your return policy for food items?
As we deal in perishable food products, we cannot accept returns once a package is opened. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery for a full refund or replacement.
Can I customize a gift box for a special occasion?
Yes! We offer bespoke gifting solutions for weddings, corporate events, and festivals. You can choose your favorite almond varieties and include a personalized message during the checkout process.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, digital wallets, and secure net banking. We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders below a certain value in selected zip codes.
